Pankaj Bhadouria is India’s 1st MasterChef.

She brushed fame in 2010 winning India’s 1st MasterChef show. Post that she became a household name all over the country.

She has more than 15 shows on various TV Channels including leading GECs like Star Plus, Zee TV, ETV, Living Foods, Zee Zest & BBC.

She has authored 5 books that include the only Official MasterChef Cookbook by any MasterChef Winner Worldwide, Barbie I am a Chef (BPI Publications), Chicken From my Kitchen (Bloomsbury Publications), Uttar Pradesh (TOI) & The Secret’s in the Spice Mix- (Penguin India), Miracle Millets.

She has been the face of many Brands & Products and enjoys a strong Social Media presence with a footprint of more than 8 Million on various platforms.

She added the President’s First Ladies Award 2018

The Academy has trained more than 3500 budding chefs and helped them carve a career in the hospitality industry. She also turned  Restaurateur and  owns the Uppercase Diner in Lucknow .
